The results are combined to produce a PULSE Index, which determines certification eligibility.

Yes, blue-collar and contractual staff on company rolls can be included in the survey. The certification process is designed to assess the workplace culture for all employees, regardless of their employment status. This inclusivity ensures a comprehensive evaluation of the organization’s culture across all levels. We DO NOT include the employees who are not on company rolls.
Yes, there is a fee for participating in the certification process:
Gold Certification: INR 25,000 for indian companies/ USD 500 for companies outside India
(Special offer: 100% discount for the first 100 companies for the first year).
Platinum Certification: INR 50,000 for indian companies/ USD 1,000 for companies outside India
(Special offer of 50% discount for the first 100 companies for the first year). Additionally, companies may opt to receive a detailed report of the employee survey for an additional fee, depending on their size.

Yes, organizations that initially enroll for Gold Certification can switch to the Platinum Certification later. This can be done by conducting the employee survey after the Gold certification process. The organization would then need to meet the Platinum requirements, including a 70% employee survey participation rate.

Yes, it is advisable to apply for three legal entities differently but you also have the option to apply as a group. There is no limit to number of legal entities that can apply under a group.
