Incredible Workplaces™ Certification

The certification is a comprehensive evaluation that includes both organizational responses and employee feedback. 
 

Process:

  1. The organization is required to apply for certification from website.

  2. It is essential that the payment process is completed promptly.

  3. Following this, the certification process will commence, necessitating the submission of data with the requisite procedures by the organization for the Certification process.

  4. The organization must complete the PULSE Audit Form (Questions for reference). 

  5. An Employee PULSE Survey will be conducted, achieving a minimum response rate of 70% (Questions for reference).

  6. Once the survey is concluded, the evaluation process will begin, with results expected to be announced within two weeks. The evaluation criteria will allocate a weightage of 30% to the PULSE Audit Form and 70% to the Employee PULSE Survey.

  7. Upon successful completion of the evaluation, if Organizations gets Certified (Gets a score minimum 70%), certification will be granted to the organization, and an announcement will be published across social media and other platforms.

  8. A branding kit, inclusive of the certified badge, will be provided. A member of the branding team will maintain regular communication for effective branding initiatives.

  9. Furthermore, the organization will receive an invitation to the award ceremony.

  10. Exclusive invitations to other forthcoming events will be provided.
