The Incredible Workplaces™ Certification Program serves as an organization’s initial step toward developing an exceptional workplace environment and provides the opportunity to receive official Incredible Workplaces™ Certification.
KEY POINTS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are established to ensure:
- Incredible Workplaces™ maintains complete confidentiality of all organizational data
- Your organization’s name will only be made public if it successfully achieves Incredible Workplaces™ Certification
- You possess proper legal authority to act as your organization’s representative in this program
- You fully comprehend the program specifics and evaluation procedures outlined in this document
- Your organization commits to completing the assessment process and adhering to all guidelines
COMPREHENSIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting these terms and conditions, you verify your legal authorization to represent your organization as detailed in your application. Additionally, you agree to the following:
- All organizational information will be securely stored by Incredible Workplaces™, which will not transfer or sell company data or contact details to external parties. Incredible Workplaces™ will only share information about organizations that achieve certification, focusing exclusively on positive achievements.
- Organizational data and contact information will only be shared with pre-authorized media partners who have formal written agreements with Incredible Workplaces™ for the purpose of publishing certified organization lists. Incredible Workplaces™ may use your organization’s information for positive recognition across all media formats, requiring advance approval for any other external usage. Complete employee survey scores will only be released with organizational consent and solely for positive recognition purposes.
- Incredible Workplaces™ maintains the right to contact survey respondents to verify process authenticity and response accuracy, limited to exceptional cases only.
- Incredible Workplaces™ holds final authority regarding certification decisions. They reserve the right to grant, withhold, or revoke certification regardless of assessment outcomes, based on their validation process. Certification may be withdrawn due to controversies or negative media coverage. Organizations must receive official written confirmation to claim certification status. Incredible Workplaces™ maintains discretion over accepting or rejecting assessment applications.
- Employee information and physical survey documents will be destroyed within 12 months after survey completion, after which no related information can be provided.
- Incredible Workplaces™ and all associated entities are released from claims or liabilities related to the assessment process, except as specifically outlined above.
- Your organization pledges to provide complete and accurate assessment information.
- All payments must be made to “IWP Media and Consulting Private Limited” within 30 days of invoice issuance or 48 hours before survey initiation, whichever comes first. Organizations must cover any travel and logistics expenses for onsite activities.
- Organizations must ensure employees remain free from influence regarding survey responses through any form of communication.
- All assessment materials and methodologies remain Incredible Workplaces™ intellectual property, requiring written permission for any use. The name and logo are copyrighted and restricted from unauthorized use.
- Certified organizations will receive an official recognition stamp and logo with specific usage guidelines.
Non-compliance with these terms results in a withdrawal fee of INR 25,000/- (plus taxes), except for NGOs/Social Services Organizations.
Failure to meet assessment timelines will result in process termination and application cancellation. Term violations will be reported to the organization’s CEO, with Incredible Workplaces™ decisions being final.
UNCONDITIONAL SERVICE GUARANTEE
While our team has always prioritized excellent client service and high delivery standards, we now formally offer an Unconditional Service Guarantee. This guarantee applies to service quality but remains independent of certification outcomes.
STANDARD ASSESSMENT PROCESS
The assessment includes these key steps:
Application Submission: Organizations apply for Gold or Platinum certification.
HR Self Evaluation: Organizations complete an assessment covering ten workplace culture aspects.
Employee Survey (Platinum only): Required employee participation with minimum 70% response rate.
Evaluation: Analysis of self-evaluation and survey data by the IWP committee.
Feedback: Detailed strengths and improvement recommendations provided for a fee.
Certification: Gold or Platinum certification awarded based on evaluation results.
Celebration: Certified organizations receive recognition and exclusive event invitations.
Annual Re-Evaluation: Yearly reassessment required to maintain certification status.
Employee Survey Announcement Process – Organizations must inform employees of the upcoming survey using CEO communication provided by Incredible Workplaces™, following specific guidelines. This must be completed two days before the survey launch date.
This document is digitally binding without requiring a physical signature.
