- Our team evaluates both the organizational responses and survey results to determine certification eligibility

- Open to all industries and sectors
- Minimum requirement: 10 employees (full-time, part-time, or contractual)
- Gold certification process takes approximately one month to complete
- Platinum certification process takes up to two months, depending on employee survey completion rates
- Certificates are valid for one year
- Annual re-evaluation required for continued certification
Gold Certification
- Standard evaluation fee: INR 25,000/ USD 500 for outside India companies
- Special offer: First 100 companies receive free certification for the first year
- Companies need to pay to participate in the award ceremony. Award ceremony are planned to happen in April and September months
Platinum Certification
- Standard evaluation fee: INR 50,000/ USD 1,000 for outside India companies
- Special offer: First 100 companies receive 50% discount for the first year
- Participation of one representative from the company in the award ceremony is included in the fee. Award ceremony are planned to happen in April and September months
- In case a company needs a detailed report on the employee survey, companies need to pay an additional fee.
